Front Desk Executive

We’re seeking a welcoming Front Desk Executive to be the face of our company – managing reception, phone lines, and visitor experiences. You will embrace the critical role of fostering a professional, organized hub to coordinate effective communication and workflows.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve warmly greeting visitors, efficiently handling inquiries, directing people and calls, maintaining schedules, supporting events/meetings, organizing workspaces, purchasing supplies, and keeping lobbies tidy. We want an uplifting team player who takes pride in details and understands that something as small as a smile or kind word can positively impact someone’s day.

The ideal candidate will boast receptionist experience, phone expertise sufficient to handle a multi-line system, organizational skills to track employees/visitors, and a dedication to providing five-star customer service.   • Warmly greeting visitors and answering phones
  • Fielding inquiries and directing them to appropriate contacts
  • Organization of meeting rooms, events, catering
  • Managing calendars, visitor logs, and conference rooms
  • Supply stocking, lobby tidying, opening/closing duties
  • High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 1+ years of front desk/receptionist experience
  • Excellent verbal communication abilities
  • Multi-line phone system abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment
  • Exceptional customer service and ethics
